Personas and projects
Personas
A persona is a saved style of assistant: tone, role (“records clerk,” “trainer,” “analyst”), and sometimes allowed behaviors. Your admin may ship official personas. Use those before creating your own.
When personas help
- You want consistent formatting across a team.
- You want the model to stay in role and avoid giving legal or medical advice outside scope.
When to be careful
- Personas should not encourage bypassing policy or guessing facts. If a persona feels wrong, stop using it and tell your admin.
Projects
Projects group chats and documents around one theme or matter that is not a Flash PD case (grant writing, training development, policy refresh, etc.).
Good practice
- Put everything related to that effort in one project so context stays together.
- Close or archive the project when the work ends.
