Bookmarks

Bookmarks are shortcuts back to a case or a chat you revisit often. Name them with date + topic so teammates understand what they are opening.

Notepad

The notepad is for case notes that should live outside chat history: working theories, interview prep, reminders. Some teams paste assistant answers here after editing them into agency voice.

• Use tags if your notepad supports them.
• Do not store passwords or non-work secrets in notepad.

Spreadsheets

Spreadsheets in Flash PD are usually derived tables (lists of items, timelines exported as tables, and similar). When you download one:

• Note where the data came from in your narrative or case memo.
• Treat downloads like any other sensitive export. Policy and logging still apply.
