Activity feeds show what happened recently: uploads, edits, sharing changes, and similar events. Use them to:
Some agencies track time in case for labor reporting or grants. If your screen asks you to confirm time, enter it honestly and ask a supervisor how corrections work.
Dashboard-style views may show how much assistants are used, which cases are chat-heavy, or feedback ratings on answers. Those are meant for coaching and workload conversations, not for punishing normal experimentation with a new tool unless policy says otherwise.
