Link analysis (investigation board)

Link analysis is the place where Flash PD shows connections between people, phones, places, and other entities extracted from evidence, not just a list of files.

Use it when you want to answer: Who connects to whom? What ties these two names together? Is there a cluster that matters?

Guides in this section

• Graph, search, and paths: moving around the board, finding entities, following links, shortest path between two entities.
• Communities: clusters, refreshing after big uploads, optional narrative summaries.

Tip: Link analysis is only as good as the processed evidence underneath. Upload and process key material first, then explore the board.
