When selected, themes typically include:

• Encryption end-to-end for supported surfaces
• Role-based access control and audit logging
• Compatibility with broader Flash PD / Signal stacks where purchased together

Non-CJIS deployment

For organizations outside criminal justice, Flash Chat still emphasizes secure chat, encrypted uploads, no training on customer content for generalized models (per product commitments), U.S.-based infrastructure options, and integrations such as email and calendar where enabled.

Bundling with Flash PD

Departments may bundle Flash Chat with Flash PD for discounted, department-wide access. Commercial packaging varies; confirm with your account team.
