Flash Signal: call intelligence & risk

After transcription, Flash Signal applies models and rules to label risk, extract entities, and make calls searchable. The objective is to shrink the haystack while preserving analyst control and auditability.

Risk classification

Calls receive risk tiers (for example low / medium / high) based on model scores and facility-tuned policies. Investigators can triage by tier, then drill into transcripts, summaries, and linked entities.

What the system can surface

Depending on configuration and policy, categories may include themes such as:

• Drug coordination or distribution language
• Escape planning or prohibited conduct
• Financial coordination
• Violence, weapons, or contraband references
• Coded language patterns

Entity & intelligence database

Across large corpora, Flash builds structured counts of persons, locations, phone numbers, objects, and other entities, supporting graph-style reasoning and repeat-contact analysis without manual spreadsheets.

Investigator workflows

Teams combine bulk triage with targeted AI-assisted sessions: reviewing high-risk queues, following entity links, and exporting findings into case packages or Flash PD when integrated.
